If you do not see the answer to your question here please feel free to contact us at info@sweetwrapworkz.com . Or just visit our Contact Us page and fill out the contact form there. Do you sell to the retail customer? TOP Yes we do. However, we encourage customers to go through one of our Independent Affiliates. Once a retail customer orders through our website they are assigned an Independent Affiliate if they do not already have one. Do you sell the wrappers only? TOP No. All wrapper designs are sold WITH the product. Our wrappers do NOT fit standard candy bars that are commercially available. Can colors on the designs be changed? TOP No, the colors on the designs are as they are shown. However, color options may be stated in the product description for some items. Can product minimums be split between different item numbers and designs (mix and match to meet minimums)? TOP No. Minimum purchase quantities stated with each product must be purchased all the same design and all the same custom information. If a product minimum order quantity is 4 but I only need 1, can I order less than the required minimum? TOP Yes. However, there may be an additional under minimum fee. So in some instances you may be better off to order the minimum rather than trying to purchase less than the minimum quantity required. Do you ship Internationally? TOP No, not at this time. We are currently only shipping to US addresses. If I am only ordering one item can the shipping fees be adjusted? TOP No. Shipping fees cannot be adjusted. However, if you are in the Raleigh, NC area and prefer to pick up your order you may do so and the shipping fees would be waived in that instance. Can we have our own design created into a wrapper (one that is not already available)? TOP No. Due to copyright laws we cannot use another company's design. However, if you have a wrapper design in mind you may submit it to our wrapper designer as a suggested addition to our regular line. The only exception to this is in the event you would like to have your business logo added to one of our business promotional products. Do you offer quantity discounts? TOP No. Our prices are set as per item. However, you may discuss any quantity discounts available through your local independent affiliate. This is handled on a case by case basis. What is the difference between a chocolate coating and real chocolate? TOP The main difference is that real chocolate contains cocoa butter whereas confectionary coatings do not. There is generally a huge difference in the taste between the two types of product (being noticed mostly with the dark chocolate vs. dark chocolate coating and barely noticeable, if at all, with the milk chocolate vs. milk chocolate coatings). However, we use a high quality chocolate coating that does contain small amounts of cocoa butter. Our chocolate coating products have the same great taste and mouth feel as our real chocolate products do. Do you offer free samples of your chocolates? TOP No. If you would like to sample our products you will need to contact one of our independent affiliates. If you cannot find one please feel free to contact us and we will refer you to the nearest affiliate. Or, you may contact us and order a sample. All of our sample products have our promotional label/wrapper on them and are not available with a selection of wrapper designs. Do you offer sugar free chocolates? TOP Not at this time. Do you make your own chocolates? TOP Most of our chocolates are made by our parent company, The Chocolate Works & More!!!. What is the origin of your real chocolates? TOP Most of the chocolates made by our parent company are of African origin.
Our standard chocolate bars are Belgian Chocolate. Where do you get the graphics used in the wrapper designs? TOP Some of the graphics were created exclusively for Sweet Wrap Workz by various graphic artists. However, most of the graphics we use are from graphic memberships that we have purchased and have license to use commercially. We use these graphic memberships to obtain "elements" of design to put together label designs that are exclusively available through our company. The individual elements of the designs are copyright to their respective owners (noted where required). However, the completed label/wrapper design is copyright to Sweet Wrap Workz unless otherwise noted. In some instances we have purchased a license to use a finished design (this will be noted in the product description). What type of printer and ink do you use? Do you use a laser printer? TOP We use an ink jet printer with photo quality ink. Laser printers were not designed for printing high quality graphics and photos (this information was given to us by several printer manufacturer's representatives
when we were looking for the perfect printer). We also did our own tests for quality. Our inks do not run or smear. How do we know this? We did our own tests to prove that our inks do not run or smear. We took one of our own labels printed with our printer and submerged it in water for 20 minutes. While it was completely submerged we rubbed and scrubbed it with our fingertips and with a sponge. The ink did not run or smear. The colors were as vibrant when we removed the label as they were before we submerged it in water for 20 minutes. What type of paper do you use for your labels? TOP
We use a variety of papers as it depends on the type of label and product that
is being wrapped. The majority of our wrappers, however, are a gloss brochure paper. In the event we need a heavier paper we use a photo quality high gloss paper. If I'm throwing a party for my child and the theme is from one of their favorite toys, cartoons, movies or games, is it possible to have some wrappers designed to match? TOP This is sort of a grey area in regards to designing wrappers. We have to be very careful not to infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or licensed characters. With this in mind, we can certainly create wrappers that are SIMILAR in that the color schemes are similar with some similar elements without using the actual characters or designs that are copyrighted or licensed. We can create wrappers that would match (or go with) any partyware supplies you can get locally (plates, cups, napkins, etc). However, our designs would have to be "different" than that on the partyware supplies. We are very careful not to violate any copyright or trademark laws when creating our wrapper designs.
